Returns & Refund PolicyReturns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, items that are personalised or bespoke cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has gone into production.
Please contact Suzanne@Outshineart.co.uk to discuss any issues in relation to returns, exchanges or damaged items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the return is not approved then we will be not be able to cover your postal fees.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will endeavour to replace damaged items. Please send an email to email@example.com containing details about the damaged package, a photograph will also be very helpful.
If you are returning an item, please consider using a signed for delivery service with proof of postage.
